Health Risk Assessments

Are you at risk for depression?

Everyone feels blue from time to time. But certain symptoms may signal depression. To find out if you may have depression, take the following assessment from the National Institute of Mental Health.

Check each box that refers to how you've been feeling for two weeks or longer, then click "Submit" to learn your results. Please note that this assessment should not be used to make your own diagnosis but rather as a tool to help identify your risks. Only your doctor can provide a diagnosis.
