Front Entrance

Upon entering Holyoke Medical Center’s front entrance, you step inside an ultra-modern facility which ranks with the finest community hospitals in New England and beyond. The front entrance was completely refurbished in 2003, as part of an extensive $11.1 million construction project. Stepping through the doors, on your right you will find the Patient Registration area, which is adjacent to our Information Desk, staffed by helpful volunteers. The main hallway is straight ahead, which leads you to a vast number of inpatient and outpatient departments and medical units. On your left hand side, when you walk in our door, is our friendly Gift & Coffee shop, where you can take advantage of an excellent menu, offering numerous breakfast and lunch items, as well as a glittering array of gifts available for purchase.
