HOLYOKE MEDICAL CENTER HONORS CANCER SURVIVORS
In recognition of National Cancer Survivor’s Day, Holyoke Medical Center will celebrate “life” with cancer survivors at a special luncheon on Friday, June 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mont Marie Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, located at 36 Lower Westfield Road in Holyoke.
“Holyoke Medical Center is happy to be able to offer this special event to all of our cancer patients and their families,” said Helen Arnold, director of oncology and community benefit. “It is a fun lunch that is really focused on celebrating our patients, and all they have overcome in being cancer survivors.”
State Representative Aaron Vega will be the guest speaker at the luncheon. Members of the media are encouraged to attend this very special celebration of life.
