COVID-19 Testing Information

Please note: Routine outpatient COVID-19 testing will not be provided in the HMC Emergency Department. People looking to be tested for COVID-19 at Holyoke Medical Center should go to the HMC Drive-Up Testing Site during the below listed operating hours.

Yes, if someone is validated as uninsured, the associated costs will be submitted to the CARES Fund Relief for Uninsured COVID-19 Patients, covered by the US Department of Health & Human Services.

Test results currently take up to one day to be provided. Results can be accessed through the hospital’s online patient portal as soon as the results are available. There is no guarantee on the turn-around time.

How do I get my COVID-19 test results?

You may view your results using the Patient Portal immediately after your results are entered. Patients will receive a call from Holyoke Medical Center the business day after the results are entered. After you receive the call, you may pick up a printed copy from the Health Information Management Department of Holyoke Medical Center if needed.
