Meet Our Westfield Family Medicine Physicians and Providers:
Dr. Thomas Graziano attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, Mass. He then completed a residency with St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Graziano has been on the medical staff at Holyoke Medical Center since 2019.
Dr. Sarah O’Shea received a BA in Psychology at Harvard University before attending the Ross University School of Medicine. She then completed a residency with UConn Internal Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. O’Shea has been on the medical staff at Holyoke Medical Center since 2024.
Kenzi Holden, PA-C, attended school at Springfield College where she received a Bachelor of Science, General Studies and a Master of Science, Physician Assistant. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Holden has been on the medical staff at Holyoke Medical Center since 2024.
Kristin O’Connor, FNP, received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Holyoke Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Elms College, and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Saint Joseph. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. O’Connor has been on the medical staff at Holyoke Medical Center since 2022.
Mohamed Turay, DNP, FNP-BC, NP-C, received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from American International College, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner from Elms College. Turay has been on the medical staff at Holyoke Medical Center since 2022.
