Dr Ruark listened to my concerns and then offered me a couple of options. He has a dynamic personality. I liked that he was not pushy about treatment and open to letting the current treatment work for 3 months and then discussing options again.

Dr. Rauck always listens and always explains throughly and never rushes he takes as long as it takes for me to understand his concerns and my concerns. Unlike other medical centers that I have frequented in the past Holyoke Hospital and the Holyoke medical Center is one of the finest centers and most caring people I've ever dealt with.

Dr. Ruark repaired my rotator cuff injury years ago, along with doing surgeries on family and friends. I choose Dr. Ruark, over other orthopedic surgeons in the Baystate Medical group - because of a positive experience in the past.
