Dr. Ruark performed repair work on my other shoulder eight years ago, so we just reviewed cautionary steps during recovery. He explained the work he did and made a point of detailing the are movements to avoid, while the post surgery healing continued. As noted, my whole experience at HMC has been very positive. I don't know that all involved in my surgery could have done anything better. I respect and appreciate all the serious care the providers did for me, at HMC.

Dr. Rauck always listens and always explains throughly and never rushes he takes as long as it takes for me to understand his concerns and my concerns. Unlike other medical centers that I have frequented in the past Holyoke Hospital and the Holyoke medical Center is one of the finest centers and most caring people I've ever dealt with.
