I tell everyone what an amazing doctor he is and that they should see him! Dr Graziano goes above and beyond with his treatment and his explanations! I think Dr Graziano was one of the best doctors I've ever seen! I just hate that he always seems very rushed because of all the over scheduling!

I'm disappointed with the lack of service and concern for my health. I feel rushed to get through my previous appointments and I didn't even see my doctor on my last appointment due to him being behind and the front desk did not communicate that until I asked.

When I told my PCP that I didn't receive a response when I left him a message regarding my recent illness, he stated that I shouldn't use the phone service to reach him. He stated that I should've used the Portal/email option.

The issue I had was that Dr. Graziano updated a prescription change and that did not happen with the pharmacy. I have emailed the office twice and called once and I still do not have an updated prescription.
