Dr. Thomas Graziano attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, Mass. He then completed a residency with St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center. Dr. Graziano is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Graziano has been on the medical staff at Holyoke Medical Center since 2019.
