Emergency Department

The HMC Chicopee Outpatient Center includes Primary Care, Walk-In Care, Lab-Draw Services, X-Ray Services, and CORE Physical Therapy.
The HMC Westfield Outpatient Center includes Family Medicine, Walk-In Care, Lab-Draw Services, and CORE Pulmonology Specialists.
Springfield Outpatient Center
The HMC Springfield Outpatient Center includes Family Medicine, Kidney Associates, Neurology & Sleep, Podiatry, Rheumatology, CORE Physical & Occupational Therapy, and Lab Draw Services.

Directions to Holyoke Medical Center
From SPRINGFIELD and POINTS SOUTH
Rt. 91 North to Exit 14 (formerly Exit 16). Turn right at bottom of the exit ramp onto Rt. 202 North. Go straight through two traffic lights, Holyoke Medical Center will be on the left, at third traffic light.
From NORTHAMPTON and POINTS NORTH
Rt. 91 South to Exit 14 (formerly Exit 16). Turn left at bottom of the exit ramp onto Rt. 202 North. Go straight through two traffic lights, Holyoke Medical Center will be on the left, at third traffic light.
From MASS. TURNPIKE
Exit 4 off Mass. Pike to Rt. 91 North to Exit 14 (formerly Exit 16). Turn right at bottom of the exit ramp onto Rt. 202 North. Go straight through two traffic lights, Holyoke Medical Center will be on the left, at third traffic light.
From Route 391, CHICOPEE
Rt. 391 North to the end of the highway. (Exit sign will read “High Street”.) At end of highway, go straight through 3 traffic lights. At fourth traffic light, turn left onto Beech Street. Proceed straight through the next traffic light. Holyoke Medical Center will be on the right, at second traffic light.
Auxiliary Conference Center
Enter Holyoke Medical Center Winchester Ave entrance, off of Portland Street. Take a right at the end of Winchester Ave into Parking Lot C; Auxiliary Conference Center entrance is to your left (follow signs). The sidewalk will lead you to the Auxiliary Conference Center entrance.
