Laboratory Services
The HMC Lab is a fully accredited and licensed clinical laboratory. HMC participates in the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Laboratory Accreditation Program the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) certification,
and the AABB Accreditation for Donor Center and Transfusion Activities.
Please note: COVID testing is only available for patients who have an order from a provider.

Like all the departments throughout the Medical Center, our Lab undergoes frequent reviews to ensure the quality and accuracy of test results, and our staff takes special pride in its status as a nationally accredited facility.
