Women’s Center
The Women’s Center at Holyoke Medical Center has been designated by the American College of Radiology as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.
The Women’s Center provides personal, compassionate and superior health care to the women of our community. Our certified mammography technologists, combined with in-house Women’s Center radiologist provide patients with a prompt diagnosis. Services available at the Women’s Center include:
- Mammography & 3D Mammography
- Stereotactic Breast Biopsy & 3D Stereotactic Breast Biopsy
- Breast Ultrasound
- Breast Ultrasound Biopsy
- Bone Density Testing for Osteoporosis
In addition to our comprehensive line of breast imaging services, Holyoke Medical Center also offers Breast MRI, an advanced procedure designed as a powerful diagnostic tool used in conjunction with conventional mammography.

National Accreditation Program of Breast Centers
As the first hospital in Western Massachusetts to successfully complete the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, our programs and services support the individual, with treatment, guidance, and support that exceed the national standards for cancer treatment and care. This includes our Patient Navigator Program, able to provide you with specific direction and support based on your medical and personal needs.
